  I recently purchased a Maytag washer/dryer combo (about 2 months ago). I first called the location and got some basic information about the inventory that they have. I ended up going into the store and the owner (I believe) showed me around the sales floor. After spending a decent amount of time explaining things to me, I made my purchase that day. They had the washer in stock, but had to order the dryer; They called me as soon as that arrived to the store. They were flexible in setting up a time to deliver, and then 2 delivery men brought my appliances to my home; they were very friendly. They hauled away my old set for free, and I haven't had any problems since. Will definitely be going back in the future!

  My 73 year old mother-in law's dryer stopped working. She cleaned out the vents as the where almost completely clogged. She checked the breaker and it looked fine, so she called Kissingers to have the dryer inspected. Kissinger sent out a person. It was the breaker... Kissinger flipped it off and back on. The repairman said, "Sometimes the breakers are hard to see when they are tripped; next time flip it back and forth." She was charged he $68 to flip a switch. I know their time is worth something, just seemed a little high to me.
